Had an issue with my heater. The company sent out Ivan to check my system. He identified the problem, replaced a switch, and got heat again. I turned it on a few days later, same issue, called back, and after they checked, found a different issue that would cost extra or needed to replace the system. I called back, was directed to Art, the sales manager. After talking to him, had no contact until I called and was called back by Sergio, the district manager. He worked with me and made things happen. Next, he and the repairman, Ivan, came over and fixed whatever issue there was. As of this review, the heater has been working. Josh was at my house on Monday afternoon and discovered our circuit board went out. He came back 2 days later on Wednesday and installed the new circuit board. I’m very skeptical when it comes to hiring an HVAC company to do anything on my unit. My old neighbor would help out with it, but after calling a few companies, I decided to hire Sheldon’s HVAC. Best decision ever, Joser from Sheldon’s came out here and fixed our problem. The heater wasn’t working and just seemed like everything was going wrong, this tech came out, explained the problem from A to Z in terms that I could understand. He made it seem so simple and easy, other companies that came out wanted to overcharge me and talking to me in HVAC terminology that I had no clue what they meant. Joser was reading me, literally. I would nod as I knew what he was telling me, then would go over it in simple words 🤦🏻♀️. Definitely hiring this company again, will request for Joser to come out, loved that he was earlier than the appointment. FYI he is bilingual, will be sending him to my mom's too. Crossing my fingers it’s an easy fix.
