Great Experience with Their Customer Service
I had a great experience with their customer service. After calling 4–5 different AC companies, they were the only ones who could come out the very next day. My service window was 8:00–2:00, and the technician arrived right at 9:00, which I really appreciated—I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting.
The technician was very polite, respectful of my home and rules, and worked in a clean and thorough manner. He took his time to make sure everything was handled properly and got our AC up and running temporarily until he can return with the necessary parts or final solution.
The pricing was reasonable, and overall the experience was smooth and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

It was very easy to schedule service, and the customer service representative was very nice. Jonathan came to the home and he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and also very kind. He explained everything he was doing and taught me a little bit about the air conditioner system as well, which was very much appreciated. Now we know who to call when we have a problem, and we joined their maintenance program, so our equipment should be well taken care of. They are very professional. They allow tracking by emails and text messages, so you know when they’re coming and who is coming, and all the billing is taken care of on site. I highly recommend them.

Edgar is amazing and professional!
OMG!!! No cool air last night and it was 100°. Edgar came out first thing this morning and assessed the problem—frozen pipes! He cleaned the coils and set up the fan to help melt the ice from the pipe in the attic. We had to wait for the ice to melt, both outside and inside the house. Also, part of the interior filter had collapsed, which caused the air flow to back up—hence the cold air was stuck. Edgar returned a few hours later, the ice melted, he fixed everything and replaced the filter. It’s now working like a dream! Edgar is amazing and professional! He really knows what he’s doing and he took photos of everything so he could show me the issues as he explained them. And, all this was done on a Saturday! That’s why Sheldon’s Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is the only company I use when I have a problem. I highly recommend this company!

After getting cancelled by a different company the day of service, I panicked and called Sheldon's. It was a Saturday morning at 9:30 in the dead heat of summer, and within minutes, Edgar was assigned to our rental property. He was at the property within 90 minutes and was honest at assessing the situation, the tenants felt comfortable with him in their house, and he was in great communication with me. Edgar fixed the AC and everything was handled over the phone. It is hard to find vendors that are trustworthy without being there in person, and we definitely recommend Sheldon's—and especially Edgar. Easy 5 stars.
