Great Experience with Their Customer Service
I had a great experience with their customer service. After calling 4–5 different AC companies, they were the only ones who could come out the very next day. My service window was 8:00–2:00, and the technician arrived right at 9:00, which I really appreciated—I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting.
The technician was very polite, respectful of my home and rules, and worked in a clean and thorough manner. He took his time to make sure everything was handled properly and got our AC up and running temporarily until he can return with the necessary parts or final solution.
The pricing was reasonable, and overall the experience was smooth and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

The tech Jonathan who came out was super thorough and serviced my unit inside and out. I suspected a problem with the motor, and he diagnosed it properly and offered a solution that worked for me. He took the time to explain everything and show me the diagnostic tool so that I understood. I also learned more about my air conditioning unit. The prices are very fair, and this company is reliable. They are local and family owned. Highly recommend!

Our neighbor recommended Sheldon’s to come and check out our air conditioning. As new residents to the neighborhood, we were not sure who to call, so we were very happy with the recommendation. It was very easy to schedule service, and the customer service representative was very nice. Jonathan came to the home and he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and also very kind. He explained everything he was doing and taught me a little bit about the air conditioner system as well, which was very much appreciated. Now we know who to call when we have a problem, and we joined their maintenance program, so our equipment should be well taken care of. They are very professional. They allow tracking by emails and text messages, so you know when they’re coming and who is coming, and all the billing is taken care of on site. I highly recommend them.
