Our A/C went out in July two years ago and Sheldon's was the first to respond by coming out almost immediately. Unfortunately, the air and heating units had to be replaced. I have no idea how old they were since we had only owned the house for a year. The technician were very helpful and answered our questions clearly and completely. The cost is commensurate with other companies, and they include two years of twice annual maintenance checks, which they initiated each time at six month intervals. I recommend them highly!

Joshua inspected the old HVAC system and correctly advised a new replacement because of frequent malfunctions of the old unit. Once the new HVAC system was installed in just a couple of days, the difference between the old and the new is like fire and ice. The house is staying cool throughout. And the new HVAC is so quiet. I am comfortable and content with the great service by Sheldon's team.

We have had a few issues—four times when I had to call Sheldon's for an issue, once in winter and just now, 8/20/24—and they have always responded to my need quickly and corrected the issue. Among other companies we met with to get an evaluation of our HVAC, we picked Sheldon’s AC & Heating! Why? Because right from the get-go, our meeting with Art, the Operations Mgr, was very pleasant. His presentation was very professional, thorough, straightforward, and educational. There were no frills or heavy sales talk in our discussion. He was attentive to our needs (including our budget) and he answered all our questions satisfactorily. The options he gave us to replace our entire AC & Heating units were very reasonable and affordable. During the prep and installation, Sheldon’s staff members, Dean, Chris, Irving, Alfredo, and another staff member were all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After the installation, the company sent over Victor, a service mgr, to inspect the new installation. Even the office staff, Cheyanne, was very efficient, professional, and proactive with our needs. We also commend Sheldon’s staff members for their promptness during all our appointments and their dedication to their tasks/duties. Everything worked very smoothly like clockwork, and we are very pleased with the service that Sheldon’s AC & Heating provided us. We were looking to replace our HVAC system in our home. We knew our systems are nearing end of life. We have two units and contacted Sheldon Heating and Cooling. They came out, assessed our system, and gave us multiple options to work with our budget. We decided to replace the one unit that we use primarily with a more efficient system to start with, with a plan to replace the other in 6-12 months. Once we decided, they worked quickly to get the item ordered and scheduled our install. The install crew was knowledgeable, clean, and super responsive. We have had our system for 2 weeks now and have had a tech come out 2 days after install to ensure everything was operating correctly and a phone call yesterday to make sure things were still going well. We will be calling them again when we are ready to replace our second unit.

JP was polite, understood our problem after he checked the unit, came in and explained what the problems were. He then gave us all the options from repair to replacement. After we had decided to buy the A/C, JP immediately got on the phone to find the nearest one. He said on Monday the job would be done. I thought he was a very efficient person. Yes he is a salesman for the company and I knew this; however, I don't believe at any time JP nor Sheldons was trying to take advantage of my situation. I would definitely recommend Sheldons A/C.

Satisfied with the response. The repair person tightened bolts under the sink so it would not leak. Then he noticed some things that might be helpful to us concerning water softening, a tankless water heater. He will give me quotes on these and we will have time to discuss it.
