After long, careful research and over 8 different estimate prices from 8 different companies, my husband and I made a final choice to pick this company. My favorite part is how this company explained everything very clearly that helped me understand the importance of how much airflow my house square footage would need because of what my home already had that was not enough for the AC/heater to flow the air. I never heard or thought of that before. That kind of transparency and integrity I really needed. Clearly, investing in very new AC and heater is a huge commitment! Early August of this year our A/C unit went out. We received competitive quotes from three different companies before calling Sheldon's Heating and Air Conditioning. We called them as we had over 30 years of great service out of our old Carrier unit and wanted to stay with Carrier. Zach, their sales rep, came out to give us a quote and explained their 10-year warranty on parts and labor. He was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything as well as being very personable. His quote included a senior and veteran's discount. He also explained the rebates we would be eligible for through our city's utility department. We were placed on priority service because we had no air conditioning and it was the hottest of days in August. After waiting only two days, installers Omar and Omar (yes, both with the same names) arrived and spent the next two days installing our new A/C and furnace ductwork. They were courteous, intent on their job, vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves each day. Bryan, their manager, came out twice to make sure everything was going smoothly. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Sheldon's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Sitting in my nice cool home thanks to the team at Sheldon's and the brand new system they just installed. From the beginning to the end of the whole process, the staff at Sheldon's was excellent. The install team of Chris and Mervyn were fantastic. Super professional, diligent with their work, and left the site so clean it was hard to tell they were there. Highly recommend Sheldon's.

Satisfied with the response. The repair person tightened bolts under the sink so it would not leak. Then he noticed some things that might be helpful to us concerning water softening, a tankless water heater. He will give me quotes on these and we will have time to discuss it.
