Had an issue with my heater. The company sent out Ivan to check my system. He identified the problem, replaced a switch, and got heat again. I turned it on a few days later, same issue, called back, and after they checked, found a different issue that would cost extra or needed to replace the system. I called back, was directed to Art, the sales manager. After talking to him, had no contact until I called and was called back by Sergio, the district manager. He worked with me and made things happen. Next, he and the repairman, Ivan, came over and fixed whatever issue there was. As of this review, the heater has been working. This company really looks after and genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you, Sergio and Ivan.
